Succurro is excited to begin hosting weekend events for SourcePoint practitioners of all kinds! This weekend event will bring together those who would like to further explore SourcePoint Therapy, their relationship with the Blueprint through practice and discussion, and enjoy a weekend together outside of daily routines. All are welcome to join as long as they have completed at least Module 1 of SourcePoint Therapy training.

During this particular weekend, we will be joined by Jacob Schaffer - a musician and practitioner who will be in retreat working on his Sound Bath compositions and loops. Participants will have the option of partaking in several Sound Baths during the weekend, if they like.

Rough Schedule:

Here's an idea of what to expect...

Friday, 1/18: Arrivals, orientation; optional evening session trade; Sound Bath concernt; dinner and discussion at 7pm

Saturday, 1/19: Breakfast 8-9:30am; morning Franklin Method + meditation; sessions trade; lunch and free time; afternoon sessions trade; discussion + dinner at 5:30pm; Sound Bath concert (for the local community, as well) at 7:30pm

Sunday, 1/20: Breakfast 8-9:30am; morning movement and Sound Bath; sessions trade; group discussion; lunch and afternoon departures

The cost of this weekend is by sliding scale ($125-$250) -- please consider what you are able to contribute toward food, accommodations, and guidance. If you are in position to aid in covering costs for others, it is greatly appreciated.

Accommodations are included: rustic but comfortable, and communal in nature. 4 raised platform tents can house up to 12 people (in the warm months!), and include beds, sitting area, small wood stove and beautiful views! There are shared outdoor bathrooms and shower facilities. If you prefer to stay in the house (or in the cold months!), there are 6 beds in a dorm style room with ensuite bathroom. Please include any accessibility information we need to know at application, so that we can discuss and accommodate.

Food will be is provided from local farms and includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners. Participants will cook, clean, and break bread together. Please be sure to include any dietary restrictions in your registration.

Getting to and from Succurro is the responsibility of participants, and we will help coordinate carpooling as best we can. Though there are no direct trains to the Western Catskills area, there are daily buses to Delhi (15 minutes from Succurro) via Adirondack Trailways
