Succurro is run cooperatively on 110 acres in the Western Catskill mountains. Our team welcomes visitors to stay on the land, gather and eat together, or take home our products. We aim to share food raised in alignment with the patterns of life, and provide hospitality that allows space for transformation in an uncertain & changing world.

Stay With Us

We offer multiple options for staying on the land for short or long visits. Our spaces are simple yet comfortable with access to walking trails, taking a dip in the stream, eating delicious food, and gathering with friends new and old.

Guests can enjoy food from the farm, take a morning workshop, or book a private session to complement their stay. Learn more about
the healing arts at Succurro here.

  • Tents

Immerse yourself on the land, overlooking the valley in one of our raised-platform tents. Tent guests use our hand-built outdoor showers & composting toilets, and a large semi-covered outdoor kitchen.

This is a great option for friends, couples, or small families to spend time together — or for a solo trip in a quiet, yet communal, place.

  • Studio Apartment

A large studio apartment, perfect for 1-3 people, with private kitchenette, full bathroom, and incredible light. This studio is a part of the main farm house, overlooking the stream and out at the animals.

The private entrance is off our perennial garden, where you can enjoy an evening fire and star-gazing, or coffee on the patio in the morning sun.

  • Retreat Apartment

A true 1-bedroom apartment, perfect for 1-4 people, with spacious living room and kitchen, lounge deck, and cozy fireplace.

The private entrance is off the perennial garden, where you can enjoy an evening fire and star-gazing, or coffee on the porch swing.

Eat With Us

From May through October we sit around the hearth and table, sharing what we and other local farms grow. Join us for a community meal, at a farmers market, or take something home.

We focus on pasture-raised chicken, eggs, and pork; vegetables and herbs; and baked goods including sourdough bread and pastries.
